1) Light and Fit Yogurt (40-60 calories depending on serving, good source of protein)
2) Egg Beaters. Sometimes I scramble a serving full (30 calories, 6 grams of protein) when I need a pick me up.
3) Soy Crisps. Glenda's are my personal favorite, 70 calories and 10 grams of protein per serving.
4) South Beach Diet granola bars. 140 calories, 10 grams of protein.
5) Fruit. An apple with a tsp of low carb peanut butter is my personal favorite, along with a cut up apple microwaved and sprinkled with cinnamon.
6) If you're looking for dessert, try Weight Watchers mini-cakes. Most are around 70-80 calories and taste great.
7) Try munching on some healthy cereal, like Kashi Go Lean. Half a cup is 70 calories, and a great source of fiber and protein.
Best of luck!

Almonds are a wonderful snack. It's been reported that adding almonds to your diet can actually assist in weight loss. Also, you would help yourself out by getting some Omega-3 Fatty Acids from the almonds.
Soy crisps are great, too. Try GeniSoy brand. My favorite is BBQ. Ranch is a bit bland.
On the topic of soy, edamame is great. Reminds me a bit of french fries, as far as taste is concerned.
Dried cranberries! Very tasty.
A slice of turkey or chicken lunch meat, a thin slice of lowfat cheese and a basil leaf is yummy, too. Make roll-ups with this, and tuck them into a plastic baggie for a quick snack whenever.
There's also the popular standby of popcorn. If plain is too bland for you, try adding some spices. Spices are calorie free, and if you like things hot, adding some cayenne pepper will help boost your metabolism at the same time.
