since we cant choose which body part to lose the weight (fat) off it just has to be overall fat loss
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
crunches and sit ups will only build muscle, they do not burn fat
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

wow, its really AMAZING that u can do the splits all the way, im sure it takes ALOT of practice... I was in gymnastics at one time.. anyway, I am very sorry that the miscarriage happened, I would be at the end of my life my now. crunches are great, so is sit ups, but ive learned that doing them with a straight back is better, is more pressure, instead of a pillow under ur back, to keep the pain of on ur tailbone and above... but it does hurt, dont it.. to me, that slows me down alot....but is better.. anyway, just do what u been doing and to keep ur figure, walk on a treadmil for at least 3-4 miles per hour, time urself... i think the tread mil is better, for cardio, esp. if u dont smoke, but I do, which makes it harded, but supposedly a normal pace (walk) is better than power walk. not draggin a** either, but u know.. maybe this wil help a lil in ur activities that u do, mybe u will add at least 15t mins. of something diff. from what u have now...:)

diet and excersize my friend. unfortunatley, you can't pick what part of your body you lose weight from. But even a small change in your lifestyle, such as walking for about an hour a day, can dramatically change your appearance.
