you are not gona lose any body fat fasting - you are gona end up having higher body fat percentage because depriving/starving your body will only make it lose water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism dramatically. there is no way you are gona keep water weight and muscle off!!!
to get permanent results you have to make permanent changes i n your lifestyle - diet and exercise.
do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min and do light weight training 2-3 times a week.

Fasts are not a good way to lose weight. The weight you do lose is likely just water and you WILL put it right back on as soon as you took it off. Prolonged fasting can ruin your metabolism. While you may drop some fat, you will also be losing muscle. The less muscle you have the lower you basal metabolic rate and the easier it is to gain fat and harder to lose weight. Think twice before trying such a thing. The best way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise, losing at a rate of 1-2 lbs per week.

Ok, a juice fast, if you stick to it, can help you lose 4-11 pounds, if coupled with rigorous exercise. If not, somewhere between 2-7 pounds.

In order to keep the weight off, you must keep up the exercise and not eat like a pig. You must slowly adjust yourself to food agian, eating a little every day until back to normal

Good Luck!
