Have her keep warm packs on it. I know it bugs her but she needs to quit tugging on it.

i may be wrong but a friend of mine had something just like that underneath her eye, she went to the doctor and it was called a stye they are painful and she got some eye drops b/c hers was so bad she couldnt even see. if you have that prob i am sure a doc could ease potential pain

Tell her to put some Oxy 10 or Clearasil on it and to leave it alone.

I suggest she get a big pair of vise-grip pliers and squeeze the little bugger until it explodes.
