the first string second fret is an f#, but i have no clue what you're asking. do you have a problem reading tablature? or a problem reading sheet music? or is it a problem translating sheet music to your guitar neck?
remember as you go down the neck the notes are
e f f# g g# a a# b c c# d d# e
don't know if that helps

The normally tuned strings on a six-string guitar are E A D G B E. To get the additional notes that you mentioned you'd have to press down in certain frets to obtain them.

Novice guitar players say "down the neck" when they mean to say "up in pitch." To go down the neck is to head toward the headstock and tuning keys.

Your question is fuzzy; you need to elaborate exactly what you need to know.
