Baked potato is the healthiest. An alternative to butter and sour cream is plain non fat yogurt and green onions. You can use the same when mashing potatoes, eliminating the fat from butter and adding flavor as well. I am not sure you can really have healthy french fries.

Baked potato. Fries are cooked in oil, and mashed usually has stuff added to it like butter.

It really depends on what is on the potato. I would says the mashed potato or the baked potato are the heathiest if you dont add too many things to them .
I hope i helped answer your question.

Mashed potatoes...yet provided that there is gravy. If there is not any gravy i could somewhat have no longer something in any respect...potatoes without being fried or without topping style like somewhat no longer something to me. No style in any respect. 2nd determination... French fries. yet with ketchup of direction :)

truthfully, probably depends on the amount.!
Small mcD's fries, most likely have less calories than a large BP with SC and butter, Mashed potatos? well its tough to eat them with out a topping, don't deny...just what the portions..
good luck
