Sin doesn't exist.

Even though animals kill, and do so for things other than food (territory for example like you said) those things are still essential for the animal's survival. It does not have any other skills -- it can't function like we can with skills like working in an office, being a vegetarian, making other choices-- it uses only instinct, which it was given naturally.
This makes humans the only creatures with intellect & free will sin or choose not to. We may have instincts to do these other things, but we have rules to live by in society, and with morals & religous codes and we learn & choose not to.

no because they do not have original sin. When Adam and eve disobeyed god and ate the apple from the garden of Eden, they were kicked out and were cursed with knowledge and original sin. while animals were in the garden, they did nothing wrong and were not given original sin. without original sin, you cannot knowingly commit any other sins. so while an animal may kill another animal for it's territory, it is because god made it that way

We created sin. Therefore this only exists in the human mind. Due to our communication abilities this idea is continually passed on to generation after generation. If we stopped telling our children about sin would it even exist?

Animals can only be sinners if they believe in god... like they'd have to be Catholics or something... because sin is exclusively a term of religion and belief.

It works this way: Believe in the lord and you will be made a sinner. Fail to believe and you will merely be called a sinner.

Only man can Sin, because man was given an intellect and freewill. The animals do not have a creative intellect as we have nor do they have free will such as we have. They operate on instinct.... essentially, they are programmed how to go through life. We are not.

Animals do not have a conception of right and wrong. No moral issues to deal with. They simply are.......

We humans do perceive right and wrong....good and evil...regardless if we care or not, we still know the difference.

According to Genesis, man was the only one that God "breathed into his nostrils the breath of live; and man became a living being." Man was the only one that was given a soul; therefore man is the only one that sins.

Sin is classified as any act that is counter-progressive.
So any animal that partakes of an act that is counter its progress is a sinner.

Anti-Evolution = Satanism.

Mankind as you seem don't understand that we are not made in the same class as animals, nor are we in the same class as angels but man is created in the God class, after His likeness and in His same image yet it is known that animals know not sin as humans but they are under the same curse as mankind whom are not in Christ Jesus.
