okay i am only a 14 yr old girl and i'm already a 40 D! it's getting insane and every month they keep growing bigger so i'm probably a double now. they're starting to make my back hurt and at this rate by the time i'm 16 i'll probably be a E! i'm too young to get a breast reduction plus i don't have enough money so is there any way that if i diet or sumthing they'll go down and if so what should i eat (or not eat) to ensure natural breast reduction.

thanks so much

I am sorry! There isn't anything for you to do about it by what you do or do not eat. Have you talked to your parents on weather insurance will pay for the surgery. Good Luck.

Not everyone loses in the breast when they work out and lose weight. I'm sure they will be painful as you work out (it did to me). If you have more fatty tissue than dense breast tissue you MAY lose a cup size. However if you have more dense breast tissue you may not lose in the breast, like me.

Even though you are very young you could still get a breast reduction. People have gotten that surgery as young as you have but it is on a case by case basis. Talk to your parents and the doctor and if they won't operate on you now, do your research for when they WILL operate on you. Find a good insurance company that will approve your breast reduction.

http://www.breasthealthonline.com check this site out, there is a good breast reduction board there that really helped me.

Your situation is a difficult one. I best that I can suggest is that you do ab and lower back strengthening exercises to reduce your risk of back injury.

Here is how to do crunches and the quadruped exercise (for lower back):

Also, here is an article about protecting the lower back. I know that this info is not much but it is the best that I can do.
