that will look for grants, scholarships, or fellowships for you? I dont have the time to go through all of those books to look for the precise one that will fit me and my situation, (I am still paying for my masters if that helps, in that somebody could give me a break in that).

Most companies will foot the part of the bill for tuition for full-time employees. If you are interested in getting a job, research the company first to see if they will pay tuition reimbursement and what the conditions are. A job will be easier to find then a grant for educational purposes. Alternately you can research scholarships in your field of study. Any 'headhunters' that provide this service won't be doing it for free, or for cheap. If you're interested in finding them, do a web search for 'grant locators' 'scholarship locators' 'grant finders" etc and you should find qute a few
