It doesn't really sound like cancer but have u gone to the doctor for the bloody stool? You could have arthritis, that would explain the pain in the joints. You really need to see a doctor to be sure.I know some teens have growing pains..that means your bones are growing at a fast rate causing pain.

Explain all of this to the doctor that you need to see! Not likely to be cancer just because your bones ache. Cancer is silent. However, the bloody stools concern me but it could just be something really minor. Don't look for medical advice on yahoo because you need to see a doctor.

You must see a physician. Generally speaking, bloody stool and arthritis-like pain can be a symptom of intestinal disorders such as Crohn's Disease or ulcerative colitis. These symptoms cannot be effectively evaluated on Yahoo Answers; there are many other questions you need to be asked and only a physician can ask them.

i would think more along the lines of growing pains or at the very worst, early onset arthritis. the bloody stool however is a different story. if you've had constipation recently, it could be due to that or hemorrhoids. it kind of depends on how much blood, how bright it is and if it's actually in the stools. you'd be better off talking to the doc.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/kLhDt
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

you are experiencing what is commonly called growing pains. Doubtful that it is bone cancer. If the pain is severe, especially in the legs you may have what is called Osgood Schlatter's syndrome, you will likely grow out of it. It is a good idea at your age to have a baseline physical, that would be a good time to ask your doctor about it.
