I can totally understand what you're going through. I lost my grandpa last year and my dad a few months ago.

Everyone deals with loss in their own way. I think it helps to remember the good times you had with your loved one and keep those memories cherished. I'm always remembering the little things that I loved about my family when they were still here.

You have to move on, but it will be at your own pace. Don't rush yourself. Think positive, try to smile at those memories and be strong.

Only time will ease the pain. It's better to talk about these types of things. You will always have sorrow in your heart for the lose that alone never goes away. Just don't seclude yourself.

Time will heal the pain you feel. Remember the child is in a better place now. Most of us don't realize that we are feeling bad because of our loss, not because the other person is dead. Accept those bad feelings, they are normal, over time they will pass.
