...or round about that?? i've got 2 weeks left of my winter holidays. Could you give me some eating rules-do's and don't's and along with home exercises....

5 you can lose. Eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean meats. and You must exercise! If you don't want to bulk up, try walking everyday for alteast 30 minutes. Good Luck!

eat only soup and fruits and walk for an hour and a half everyday

you'll be crazy and damage your health (maybe...depending on your current alimentation - if you eat healthy it will...if you only eat mc donalds and cookies it will be great)
but you'll sure loose weight

once I did that with a very varied vegetable soup and I eat fruit when I was hungry...I did it for a month and lost a loooot of weight. My health was ok...i just couldnt stand it anymore
I would do it again if I really wanted to get slim

there is no safe or healthy way to lose that much weight that quickly.
