Are the "bumps" in pairs going down her tummy? Are there around 8 of them? If so these are her nipples. Just like any female mammal, she has them so if she has puppies she can feed them milk. That's OK.
If there are not pairs and the "Bumps" are not the same sort of size/shapes, you may have to get her to a vet for a check-up. Good luck with your puppy.

Our dog had the same symptoms when she was a puppy. We took her to the vet and it turned out to be demadectic mange. I'm not sure if I'm spelling that right or not. The vet gave her some pills to take and then we use a special shampoo on her. She's almost 5 and we've dealt with this all of her life. Fortunately it's not as bad as it used to be. 95% of the time, she's fine and then every now and then she'll have an outbreak of bumps. The vet told us that it is something that is passed down from the mother. Even though it's call the demadectic mange, it's not the mange like we normally think of with dogs. Good luck with your puppy. Hope it's better soon! If you are like us, our dog is our baby!

If she is acting differently, restless, vomiting, shortness of breathe, I would definatley take her to the vet, but if she is acting the same she might have gotten a little skin irration, which should still be checked out by a vet.

best to take her to the vet, where they can look at the bumps and tell you for sure what they are..
