I used it for a while, I think I will get some more, the one I used had those grains in for exfoliating and it seemed to do quite a good job, but I think it's better to only do that every two days or so. It's hard to tell which products are making a difference or not but I don't think it did anything for my acne, I don't think it's designed to, although come to think of it my face was a bit better then so it could have been that.

Hello, if it is specially made for sensitive skin, I think it should be gentle enough for daily use (at least once a day). This product is good for exfoliating.

There's actually a lot of natural things you can do for pimples. Take cucumber slices for example--great for blackheads and pimples. For more tips and acne remedies, check out http://www.realhomeremedies.com

i myself have sensitive skin and have found this product does nothing to help- i personally think it does the complete opposite. i think the little nut pieces are to harsh and abrasive the skin and clog the pores - i would not recommend it at all. - I am sure you have heard it a million times but really proavtiv works so nicely - try getting just the cleanser off of eBay give it a whirl - or maybe just try Johnson and Johnson baby soap. I have such problematic skin i personally stick to J&J baby soap for my all over skin and proactiv on my face.

I used it for one month, never noticed much of a difference, went back to using glycerin soap, it's cheaper for the same result.
