I'm 5'2 and I weight 130, I want to get back to 110-115. I have started working out 4-5 times a week from 40-60 minutes. I have stopped eating out so much and only eat junk food occasionally. I recently started drinking cranberry water (100% unsweetened) to help lose weight., hasn't worked, even though I drink about 80 ounces a day. Does anyone have any other ideas to help me lose 10-15 pounds, I would really appreciate it. I'm going on vacation to the beach in 4 weeks and would love to lose a little weight before that too, but also as a healthy lifestyle change.

the only thing cranberry juice is gona help you with is with urinary tract infections. all you need to drink is plain water.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

um id say youd have to be active for 60 minutes a day (what health Canada recommends... even if you aint from Canada, were thin, we know best)... if you are active for 60 minutes a day you wont get any fatter... id say do that and instead of eating crackers or chips, eat ACTUAL vegetables, and or fruits... it helps... and instead of eating a HUGE main course, eat more of the vegetables and a small portion of the entrée
