What a load of rubbish! There is no such thing as god or hell for that matter. There is an energy, a universal life force that we have no control over, but there is no consciousness called GOD that can make descisions about where your spirit goes when you die. That is just make believe like the tooth fairy or santa claus... "If you don't be good then Santa won't bring you any presents for christmas"
all I can say is try to be a good person, be kind and loving and loyal and honest. forget about the laws and rules put upon us by a christian society, let go of all that guilt cos that is what will make you ill and recieve negative responses fromthe universe. Put out positive energy and positive things will come back to you!

there is purely somewhat a debate on whether hell even exists. The Bible is riddled with symbolism and analogy so its not often taken actually those days. Jesus does point out a hell the place a rich guy begs for Lazarus to relax his tongue with a drop of water as he became into tormented in the flame (Luke sixteen:19-31) yet this became right into a parable. In yet another occasion he stated that the unrighteous could be "thrown in the fiery furnace the place there could be weeping and gnashing of the teeth" (Matthew 13:40 9-50) yet once you rather think of roughly it, how does someone's spirit experience actual discomfort with no physique? perhaps the lake of fireplace is symbolic besides. what's fireplace everyday to do? It destroys. So being thrown in the lake of fireplace does not unavoidably advise a actual torture yet a non secular loss of existence. which potential you will purely purely give up to exist. Which makes greater experience to me yet hi there, i did not write the e book. i will not be able to bypass judgement on you the two way so which you are going to easily could take that up with the huge G.

Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." You're not alone. We are all sinners.

Romans 6:23 - "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Since everyone has sinned, everyone has earned death (hell). However, God chose to not allow that to be the end of the story.

John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." God sent His Son (Jesus) to die as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sins, to pay the penalty that we have earned as a result of our sins.

Romans 10:9 - "Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." If you claim Christ as Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that He did what He says and He is Who He says, you will be justified, made right with God.

Not necessarily it doesn't. It only means that God has not yet given you the gift of faith to believe that He will give you a new life in Christ. It means that you are still under the power of the deceiver who lies to mankind about God just like he did in the Garden of Eden.

What you should do is ask God to help you and to give you his Holy Spirit. Then the power of God will be at work in your life and you will over time lose your desire to commit sins because that behavior will be replaced with new behavior that you will find to be more satisfying.

A lot of people think that they have to clean up their lives and then they can come to God. But God says to come to Him as you are and He will start cleaning up your life for you. The only way a person goes to Hell is if they never turn to Jesus and ask Him to save them. But if someone calls out to God in Jesus name and says "God, I don't want to go to Hell but I can't follow all of your rules so please help me and save me in Jesus' name." Then it is likely that if they say that with a sincere heart God will hear them and they can take the first step of living a new life in Christ.

The Holy Spirit begins the life long work of "sanctification". That process is where He starts to make a person little by little more like Jesus. He doesn't show a person all of their sins at once and demand that they become perfect in an instant.

God is patient and kind and He never asks us to do anything that He will not give us the power to do. Think about it. Since God knows everything it would be pretty warped and cruel or at least stupid for Him to tell you to do something if He knew all along that you didn't have the ability to do it. God isn't like that. He will work with you and in you and equip you to live a life that is pleasing to Him.

No one is going to be totally free from sin in this life, but the good news is that Jesus paid for all time the sins of those who will turn to and believe on Him. So just because a person slips up now and then it doesn't mean that they have lost their salvation or anything. It just means that like a child who is learning to walk they tripped and had a fall. Our Heavenly Father doesn't give his children a beating for falling and tell them to get out of the house and never come back again. He lifts them up and trains them and helps them so that they fall less and less oftern.

Not if you understand His mercy and run to it. Never doubt His unfathomable mercy which is greater than all the sins of the world combined it would not be even a drop of water in the ocean for the man that humbles himself to the loving Father

Forgive my grin.
I counted just ten of them....

But wait - YOU'RE RIGHT!!!

We cannot keep them - all of them all of the time.
You can't. I can't.
That's why it is only by the Grace of God, through faith in His Son, Jesus, that you can be saved. The Bible tells us that.

Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

We should TRY to abide by His ten commandments, and ask forgiveness when we stumble, but it is FAITH that'll get us across the finish line.

God bless.

Oh - by the way - Christ will determine who makes the cut. Not anyone here.

Stop sweating what 'God' is thinking. No one walking the face of the Earth can possibly know that. There are ten million religions, with ten million sub-divisions of each religion. When deciding what to do,I always ask myself if my action will hurt me or anyone else, and if so,how much?If the answer is acceptable to me,I go for it,if it's something I want to do.If "God",whoever He,She,It,WE or They is/are,dosent like my selection process, well,I'm right here.Feel free to tell me about it,'God',that's the way I look at it.

Jesus made following the rules easier for us, that's why he came to live among us. That's why he gave his life so we might never know death.

Jesus asks us to repent and accept him as our personal Savior, to love God his father, and to love each other. Those are simple rules to follow.

If you accept Jesus Christ, you will not be condemned to hell. Ask him to come into your heart and transform you. Ask him for forgiveness of your sins. Then you will be newly created in him, and won't have to worry about all of those rules.

No, Grace is not the result of your deeds, but is a gift that is given even if you're not deserving.

In spite of the great deeds that Mother Theresa did, she doesn't get "more Grace" than anyone else. It is a gift given freely.

According to what I believe,if you don't accept Jesus as your Savior and believe in his death and resurrection, then yes you will go to hell. Even if you're the Best, most "Do gooder" person in the World, without Jesus there is no entrance into Heaven. Thanks for the question, and have a great day!!
