I thought it was horrible. They waited about 2 seconds after the finish of the race to go to commercial, and then never showed the final finishing order. That was by far some of the worst coverage I have seen. I guess they thought we would be happy knowing only the top two finishers.

I thought the coverage was horrendous. However in TNT's defense; Larry Mac had lyngitis and could barely speak. He has been the best addition to the TNT Broadcast Team. Also when they had Kyle in the booth, the coverage was good; but when he is doing it from the car; he is busy racing and it just can't be done.

TNT came out of the gate strong at Pocono; and did a great job at Michigan. I believe once Larry Mac is recovered and Kyle is back in the booth; things will be better.

I have never been a fan of NBC or TNT coverage. I find there are way to many commercials and they never have a post race show longer than a few minutes. I wanna see FOX all year unless ESPN does a better job than I think they will. I hope ESPN does what they do for Indy car and show side by side coverage during commercials.

I agree!! TNT sucks so bad. I was waiting for them to show where everybody finished, and they end up showing where the top two finish. Then they speak to the first, second, third, and SEVENTH driver. What sense does that make? I will be glad when TNT stops covering the races. And when I dont have to listen to Larry McReynolds any longer.

It was fine. They showed the last 15 laps (about 20 minutes) commercial free. There's only two weeks a year where Wally Dallenbach is useful and this was one of them. I'm really tired of all the whining about TNT's coverage. Broadcasters need a break too, they can't talk non stop for four hours, and heaven for bid TNT should try to make some money from advertisers. Anything is better than the mongoloids on Fox.

You mean the 3 1/2 hour commercial.

I hate TNT's coverage. Every year it gets worse. I wish they would get a clue from Fox. They are in my opinion, one of the best at broadcasting the race and keeping up on the wrecks and after race interviews.

I'm not to fond of the TNT coverages, I think Fox does a lot better. But I guess they all need a chance to try.

Not to mention the last 40 laps was "3 laps coverage, 5 laps of commercials".

I agree. It was bad. I had to get online just to see the top 10. I will be glad when their coverage is over.

I thought they did good today, but I had to rewind my tv to try and find the finishing order and I never saw it so they did pretty bad on that part. And Larry Macrenolds should have stayed home because I couldn't hear a word he was saying. And everytime he talked cars were hauling *** by him so it drowned him out even more.
