I just ate 5 minutes ago. I had some whole grain noodles, turkey, and tomato sauce.

I was wondering when I should exercise? and what should I do?

actually people have different timing of exercising after eating - some people can do it wright after eating, some have to wait an hour. do whatever feels good for you because there is no rule.

if you had a big meal, wait at least 90 minutes, in general wait about 1 hr, then go exercise.

It depends on what you're going to do. I eat DURING long workouts.
