I once heard from an authority on the subject that "bran muffins are [ . . . ] baked of course, in DD teflon cups...."
But what about DDD? I mean, is that too much bran? As well as too much muffin?

Mine used to be DDD and I had them reduced to a C. Yes, I DO mean my bran muffin cups LOL ;-)

no bran is too much, ive eaten the dry powdery bran and its all stuck in my mouth and the feeling is great
