You should of said which person you should sue because the bran muffins company could of did it or your girlfriend could of been mad at you and decided to put some type of poisioning it.So you really cant sue because you dont really know who poision you.

DONT SUE YOUR GIRLFRIEND!!! what the heck! would you expect HER to sue YOU if something you made gave her food poisoning. Make a joke about her deadly baked goods the next time you see her. She will feel guilty, believe me.
