As long as one takes the proper percautions, eating bran muffins can be extremely safe.

Some states dislike the eating of bran muffins and chorizos at all.
Those states are really confused, I reccomend you avoid them whenever possible. Some of those states have went as far as to ban synthetic bran muffins and chorizos (think training wheels for the real deals).
Either way, eat all the bran muffins you want, but keep in mind that eating a bran muffin in the car can be a potantially risky situation in some locales...so consider thyself forewarned.

I don't think there are any laws regarding the eating of muff before marriage.
