I am 5'7" - 5'8", fluctuating between 150 and 160 pounds. I carry most of my weight in my hips, butt, and thighs (as most women). I have relatively good knowledge on how to lose weight, I just need help with what kind of diet and workouts I should be doing specifically and how often for my body type. I have good muscle tone but what I want is to lose the fat. I'd like to weigh around 135 or at least feel/look like I weigh that much. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
