I have 2 very beautiful painting they are painted on a cloth and has a verry little of a 3d look in some parts of the picture. The first picture has a signature of L. Cottings I believe and the other one is Franke. Anyone ahve an idea how much they would be worth?

I found nothing for Cottings and there are numerous Frankes. Do you have a first name? A link to a photo perhaps to determine the style? If not.... search for 'Franke' in your browser and see if anything resembles your piece.

Go to Askart.com and type in the names. My search comes up with Frankie Rice and Frankie Brown, from Mass. and Calif. I find nothing for a L. Cottings. If it is Frankie Rice you might have some value there, he has auction records, the others do not from what I can tell. Hope this helps. Askart.com is a decent database, if they were valuable they would be listed here.
