It doesn't hurt, just feels like an eyelash in my eye. It isn't bothering my eyesight. It just came today.

A fresh visible white speck on the cornea?
Not on the white of the eye or lid but in front of the iris or pupil?

That needs a professional examination...

Possible corneal ulcer or small embedded foreign body.
(neither has to be markedly painful)
It doesn't have to be either, but those need eliminating as possibilities.

If you can feel something in your eye, then there may be a foreign body there. You can try flushing your eye with rewetting drops and see if that helps. Otherwise, you need to get an appointment with an eye doctor ASAP to check it out.

Even if you flush it out and the feeling goes away if you have any redness, tearing or pain, call a doctor immediately.
