Well, you'll be in the running. With Harvard, nothing's guaranteed. Your profile is pretty typical for a Harvard applicant (and for an applicant to any Ivy-level school). Identify things that help make you unique, the items that distinguish you from the thousands of others with similar transcipts.

I'm not trying to be discouraging, only realistic.

Your essay will be important, because this is the way to communicate who you are to the admissions officers, and to make them sit up and take notice. The essay is the way to distinguish yourself from the other applicants. I remember a Cornell admissions officer saying his favorite application essay opening was, "I was born on a kitchen table in the Alaskan wilderness." You can believe that set that candidate apart.

So, keep doing what you're doing. And work like heck on your essay.

Good luck!

Here's what else you need: You need an excellent essay where you put your ACADEMIC achievements FIRST, not after everything else you consider important. You need a plan as to what you are going to do with your life and why. You need to research Harvard and say why you want to go there. And please, don't say something like "Harvard or the other Ivies," they'll trash your application. It helps that you have relatives who are alumni. Good luck.

Maybe, you'll probably have a chance. You might want to try and improve your SAT reasoning test though, as sometimes Harvard rejects perfect 2400 applicants. Good luck on getting in!
