Your Cadillac uses a 1.5DIN size radio. Very few radio/CD units are still made to fit that size. You can install any standard DIN size radio if you use an mounting kit. Almost all CD players currently made are DIN units.

Most radios will fit, but you will need to use one of those dashboard kits that hold the radio in place, my 84 trans am was like that.

there is a stereo made by pioneer,that's a size cg that fits perfect without using any adapter kit,you can find this item at crutch field.com!

you can install any aftermarket headunit by customizing the dash with a mountng kit specifically for your car.
