chocolate whoopie pies with blueberry filling im going to mix about a tablespoon blueberry perserves with the filling

Actually, I really like the flavor of chocolate and berries together. Milk chocolate has natural undertones of blueberry anyway, so this would just enhance it.

I don't think chocolate works with blueberry.
I've seen raspberries & chocolate things.
I have no idea what a whoopie pie is.

Sorry, but it wouldn't be my pick. I'm not a fan of chocolate with fruit. However, don't take my opinion, because I think I'm in the minority on this one. :)

No, I think it would be overkill (too rich and the flavors would conflict). I could be wrong, but I sure as hell wouldn't buy something like that.
