I am just wondering does it matter? cause i prefer to drink my stuffs cold, rather than hot, so does the nutritional value decreases from the tea if you drink it cold (as in putting it in the refrigerator)?

it doesn't matter for health benefits. some teas are made to be served hot, but it's still a personal choice.

It doesn't really matter. The thing is, hot tea is more refreshing and cleansing for the body. When you drink tea cold, it can cause the nutrients to move slower, taking longer for you to recieve them. A lot of times with cold tea, you have to add sugar to give it flavor, which is not the best thing to be doing.

It shouldn't matter whether you drink it hot or cold, except that steeping the tea while the water is hot will tend to extract more in a short time from the tea leaves than steeping it cold.

If you have a cold it's best if you drink it hot ,but if you where outside or working out it's best to drink it cold.So it doesn't make a big difference reallyif you drink it hot or cold.
