If that is the case you need to tell your dad you want to go see a doctor. Then you will know for sure.
At 13 you will be growing real fast and the doctor may tell you come back next year and stop thinking about your weight.
The only thing you need to worry about is getting a 4.0 grade average. Dads just don't want any one making fun of you he just wants you to have Lot's of friends and that is a good thing. Ask the Doctor not some one out don't even know. Good luck you sound like you know what you are doing at least you are asking ? 'S

Dont worry to much about the weight side of things. Weight can give a flase impression. Dpeends when you weigh yourself, muscle weighs more than body fat. Look up the waist to hip ratio for a 13 year old girl. This will tell you if you are over or under in a more healthy way. Where the fat is distibuted on your body is also a big important thing. It is hard to necessarily determine an "average" weight of a girl of your age. You are too young to really be worried about how much you weigh. The thing is, you are going through puberty, and your body is changing at different rates at different times. So, you may be becoming fatter, and yet, you haven't gotten tall enough to evenly distribute the fat.

My advice - wait until to you are older, around 18, until you really start worrying about how much you weigh. For now, just exercise for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week, eat good food, and you'll be fine!

Well, what do you weigh? How tall are you? Do you exercise? Do you look good in a mirror nude? There really isn't a practical "average" for anybody because of the variety of body types, heights and levels of fitness. Need more information to answer this question.

Around 100 to 110 pounds would be about average but height and body type come into play as well so it's hard to tell.

There is no standard weight for anyone no matter their age. To determine however if you are overweight I would have to know your height, but you made no mention of how tall you are.

It depends on how tall you are.

If you are worried about your weight, I suggest going to the doctor and asking what his/her advice is.

Once you tell us your height, it will be easier to answer your question.

135-140.

Start at 100 pounds, and add 5 pounds for every inch.
