The symptoms sound like some of those of heatstroke.
Signs to look for are as follows:
1. Trouble breathing
2. Very high temperature
3. Pet has collapsed
4. Choking
5. Seizuring
6. Excessive salivation
7. Vomiting and/or diarrhea
8. Pet is down and non-responsive
9. Breathing rapidly or hyperventilating
10. Pet is walking very wobbly
Wet her down, try to get her to drink. Call the vet.

Her tongue will be hanging out and she'll be panting very hard and fast. Her gums may be dark red. She'll feel very very hot. Take her temperature--it shouldn't be above 102.5F. If you're not sure, hose her down to cool her off and get her to a vet immediately...heat stroke is potentially life threatening.

Take it to a vet. She probably does have heat stroke or ate something toxic. Seriously take her to a vet.
