Yeah, it would be like the whole world was just like the South! We'd all be Jerry Springer retards!

If Adam and Eve were the first parents then they would be genetically superior and you would NOT have all the problem mutations of inbreeding. Genetically we have a common parental ancestor in Eve. If you extrapolate the current world population with some variance in birth and death rates you could trace our human beginnings back to about Noah's time and we are all @19th cousins. We did this in my microbiology class when calculating bacterial colonies we used the human population as an example.
How the hell evolutionists come up with theory for why the population of mankind is so small given it's history should make for great fiction.

People rationalize it different ways. It's very unclear in the Bible, I hear.
I've been told that just because Adam and Eve were the first two people, doesn't mean they were the only two at that time. Who knows with Noah's Ark.

ok, let's touch the topic of noah and his familly first, seeing that in the ark, you had noah, his wife, his three sons and their wives, so that is far more than 2 people.
as for adam and eve, they were planted INSIDE the garden of eden and there were civilizations OUTSIDE of the garden.
you can see this evidence in genesis 4:13-14 when cain said to the lord that his punishment was more than he can bear . . . that anyone who finds him will kill him. so as you read on you find that the lord puts a mark on him to protect him, and he dwelt in the land of Nod.
adam and eve actually had 5 children, but you have to go outside the bible to learn about them.
in the first book of adam and eve we learn about cain's twin sister luluwa, and abel's twin sister aklia. in the second book of adam and eve we learn that cain marries luluwa.
it's a very interesting story.

You've stated the objections very nicely yourself. They're valid. But read on.
If you're going to insist on a literal reading of the Bible (inerrancy), you'll probably have to insist that God frequently performed miracles to make things work as described, and not as secular science would insist they'd have to. If that IS your faith, then pray for confirmation in it! God will give you points for that, even if (as I believe) you're wrong.
However, this sort of thing is why Catholics like me and many others do NOT believe the Bible is inerrant (as opposed to true and infallible). If you're uncomfortable with inerrancy, there are plenty of other Christian groups you should consider.

From what I hear/read, there were people in the city of Nob at that time. So Adam and Eve aren't literally the precursors of mankind.

Numerous cultures around the world have the story of the flood. That suggests that there were survivors in different places.
Humans might be more interbred than we think. DNA research shows little variation.

Okay... to "!!!" ... to suggest that incest is okay is just blatantly weird. If that's what Christianity teaches, I'm glad I'm not a christian. The Adam and Eve story is just mythology. Stop believing something so childish.
To "emperor is naked"... your answer is weirder still.

well obviously 2 can become 2 trillion, in time. We are dealing with a God. he made the law about inbreeding so thats why most of us follow it. Im sure the immorality of it was supressed by God himself when the time came to be fruitful and multiply.

Adam and Eve were born into a world that was perfect. There were no genetic disorders, or any diseases at all. It was only with sin that disease came into the world. Incest was acceptable in the Old Testament until God gave the Torah, or the law, and banned it because he knew that at that point inbred born diseases would be a problem. So now incest is not acceptable.

Yes. That is part of why the law of Moses which warned them not to 'inbreed' came later.
