Hi! There were several Moslers with the name Henry. I believe yours is a Gustave Henry Mosler (1875-1906). who was quite well known. There are references below to the item you mention... it seems, however, not to be a painting but a lithographic print. Call the largest substantial auction house near you and ask for advice.
