You should take her to the doctor as soon as possible and have her brother tested as well. What scares me is that you said after a little sleep she perked up again. Speaking as someone who lives with this problem it sounds like she was either dyhadrated or she has a high fever or she has some kind of seizure disorder. If there is a history of this in either your family or in your spouses family then both of the children need to be checked out. I started having seizures around her age. She needs to be seen because it could be many things but the fact that a little sleep perked her up again makes me think of seizures. I am not a doctor but someone who takes care of a seizure patient as well as being one. Take her to the doctor just to be sure.

Yes, in my opinion you should. It is always better to be safe then sorry. It is most likely nothing. But why take the chance! But one never knows. One could always call the Doctors office and see what the nurse on call thinks. When dealing with young children. I always feel it better to air on the side of caution. Good luck, hope everything turns out alright.
Peace!!! Love!!!

Yes, about 2 years ago I noticed that every time I was getting worked up or angry, I got a severe headache behind my eyes that was pressure building up and causing me to pass out. I'm not going to work you up with details and I don't want you to panic but you really should take her in. Ask her if it happens again.."Did you feel an owie in your eye?" and see how she responds. I am fine now, as she will be, but there was an issue that needed addressing.
Helpful hint* I had an MRI

Yes you need to call her doctors office right away...or bring her into a 24 care center....passing out as a three year old is not good and can be a sign of something more.
It could be just she is dehydrated but you need to get her check out right away, better safe than sorry.

It sounds like she had something called a childhood convulsion. These are very common in young children and usually happen when they get too hot or over excited. Its nothing to worry about., my brother and i suffered from them from a young age. It is worth mentioning to your doctor though, then if it happens again you will know what to do and what to look out for x

Even if your daughter recovered fast you should still take her to be on the safe side, any knock to the head should be investigated as she is only young

my daughter did that before she turned 1. Doctor's said it was normal. She did it a few times. Now she's almost 6. The last time she did it, she was about 3. It's very scary.

You should have her seen by a pediatrician as soon as possible. Don't let them brush this off either, get her a complete physical. A child this age shouldn't pass out from a minor scuff with another three year old.

Just to be safe you should yes. It may be nothing at all or it could be something. Why take the chance and find out later that you should have taken her. Trust your instinct and follow your heart. Hope all goes well.
