sure yet no longer 15lbs of fat. you should assert lose 10lbs fat optimal and 5lbs water/muscle There are 3500 energy in a pound. To burn 2.5lbs each week and so 10 a month you % a daily calorie deficit of 1250. To create this you may could desire to eat 1250 and be sure you have been burning off an further 500 to make the 1250 deficit entire by way of food and exercising. So 10lbs yeah. eat 1250, exercising one hour consistent with day. 15lbs no, except you should truly sustain 2 hours work out an afternoon, or perhaps then you certainly'll probable in basic terms lose muscle

Sure, it's possible. It's not healthy but it's possible....if you have a lot of weight to loose to begin with. If you are significantly overweight, you tend to loose weight quicker in the beginning because much of the weight lost is water weight.

However, if you have 15 vanity pounds to loose, that's a very unlikely proposition. If you DID manage to loose 15 pounds in a month, you would almost certainly be loosing muscle mass, and though you would be 15 pounds lighter, unfortunately, you would actually be fatter than before you lost the muscle because your ratio of fat to muscle would have increased.

Your best bet is to do as you already plan to do, lay off the sweets, begin a sensible eating and exercise program and give it time.

Rapid weight loss is very bad for you. Trust me on this one. I've been fighting the battle of the bulge my entire adult life.

Preserve your health and make wise food choices and give your body time to let go of the unwanted weight.

Good luck!

15 lbs on the scale but not 15 lbs of fat. rapid weight loss results in not much more than the loss of water weight. it takes a good 3 weeks for those who have slightly higher than average body fat to see measurable fat loss with a very good diet.

That's about 4 pounds a week. It's doable but you have to work really hard, excersize every day and stick to a healthy diet without skipping meals. If you think you can do it than you probably can.

Eris, its possible, but it is not good for your health. When you create a drastic change in your body, it is very hard on your heart. Losing 1-3 lbs a week is more than enough. Stop all the sugary things, eat more fruits and vegies, ton's of water and exercise. Oh yea, get a good nights sleep.

I don't think it's healthy to lose so much weight in such little time.
