i heard that it works out the triceps. but does it also work out the under middle chest?
or what does it really work out the most?

triceps, front deltoids(shoulders)- but primarily used to build the inner chest. Where you bring down the bar will affect which area of the inner chest you work out. If you lower the bar towards the bottom of your chest, you work out the bottom inner chest and the higher up the chest you lower the bar to, the higher the inner chest you work out.

Narrow works triceps and some shoulders, middle chest would be decline bench

the same 5 muscles are stimulated during the close grip bench press and the regular bench press. the target muscle on the close grip bench press is the triceps while with regular bench press it is the pectorals
