I know, "Adam and Eve were created perfect, and they made a mistake, so it's not the Creator's fault, it's their fault." I know.

But isn't that a little too simple? They were the first two humans that were created. It's not like they were influenced by something that wasn't created, they were obviously created with the ability to do stupid things. And other things were obviously created to make them do stupid things, like eating apples.

So, if we're all sinners, shouldn't we at least be a little upset with a God who created us that way?

there is nothing wrong with getting upset at god about anything.

I have been upset with God several times in my life over things that I thought wasn't fair or that was unjust.....

but I just have my faith and trust that one day everything will be explained to me. Yes I know its blind faith and not the answer you were looking for, but its the only one I got.

God did not create us as sinners. We were created perfect It was Adams disobedience that brought sin and death upon us (Romans 5:12) and the wages sin pays is death(Romans 6:23). However, through the ranson sacrifice of Jesus Christ, God's son, we have the hope of everlasting life on a paradise earth. Alot of people make the mistake of blaming God for the problems we have and also the problems in the world but the Bible tells us that God is not at fault for the suffering we face.(James 1:13) There is a publication published by Jehovah's Witnesses it is entitled what does the Bible really teach and you can find the book at your local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

God created us with the ability to make a choice. If we were created without the ability to sin, then we would have no ability to truly do what we want. We would have no free will. We would be forced to love God no matter what we wanted.

Frankly, I'd rather be able to make a few mistakes sometimes and love God only if I wanted to, than be created to pretty much be a robot slave. Love is only real love if you make a choice towards it, and work for it. That's why He did things the way He did them. But we're never going to completely understand that because we only see things from a human perspective. We're nearsighted when it comes to seeing the big picture. Things close to us are clear, but things far away from us are fuzzy and make no sense to us.
We basically have to just trust God to make the right judgement call, because He sees and understands the things we can't in the grand scheme of things.

Ahh,my son. You have stumbled onto a great philosophical road, with a great many others.
Here is my take on it.
God decided to create a creature that He could commune with or you might say live with. God is a spiritual being and many suppose He did it so that He could inhabit physical space.
Now, this creature would be created in His image with a free will and a culpability just like Him. In order that the creature would exercise his free will and not be an automaton He provided some choices for him and her. He also prohibited some choices from them. This is where another creature that God created who was so beautiful and cleaver that he supposed himself to be equal with God and became corrupt and a deceiver.
God looked through time before He started His creation and went through every possible scenario that would take place with every possible choice or non choice provided to Adam and Eve. He thus determined that the set of circumstances that was best for all involved (God,posterity, you and I) would take place, ergo, two trees instead of three or four or one. He knew they would be deceived, He knew who would deceive and He also knew what He would do about it.
God has determined History and there is no changing it. And believe it or not your prayers go back to the beginning of time and are a factor in Gods decision to actualize this reality.

The idea that we are "all born as sinners" is preposterous.

Christians have made much about "original sin" as a way to control good people through fear. They have added to the Word of G-d and that is a grave offense.

Over and over G-d interacted with people of Genesis and gave very SPECIFIC punishments.

When Adam and Eve disobeyed their punishment was very specific and affected everyone.

G-d put them out of the garden for a specific reason: to prevent them from taking from the Tree of Life. HE specifically and literally said so.

G-d will not forsake the faithful and obedient.

All mankind may commune with G-d and follow his laws. Just do it. Stop buying into everything you've been taught since you were wee and learn to relate on your own.

Don't be upset with G-d. Choose to obey or not obey and live with the consquences. It's quite simple.

Best wishes,
pup

This an thrilling question. God would not make errors. He is familiar with a thank you to have the activity accomplished. little ones belong to God no rely what. So as quickly as we advance older and we start to understand issues and make judgements for ourselves then we are to blame for our judgements. i do no longer think this limbo ingredient, because of the fact of this i did no longer have any issue leaving Lutheran church. The sinner is easily quite nasty sounding observe and rubbed me incorrect way for a protracted long term. Now i've got not got a issue with that because of the fact all of us fall short from the huge distinction of God, yet He loves us besides. And He forgives. that's ok that we question God. yet once you investigate the massive image, heaven is a superb place. This existence this is barely a non everlasting task. This existence this is a jiffy, consistently is a protracted long term. And as we are sinners here, all human beings..even little ones ( I easily have fairly issue with that too ) all of us can bypass to heaven, and in heaven there is not extra sin. in simple terms astounding team spirit, and that's our very final resting place. It optimistic could be traumatic here.

would you rather be a robot, a puppet who always does the right thing?? Or was God right in making the choice to give us Free Will?? I guess that is the real question. Should God have given us free will??

Personally, I like having the choice about how I live my life. I can choose to see the wisdom and power and life that God offers, or I can live a life of doing my own thing and paying for it by living in the consequences of my actions.

Nope, no mistake on how we were created.
It's more of a problem with how Adam's free will was practiced and executed.

Adam was created perfect, then chose to sin.
Adam's son Seth, was made in Adam's sinful image, not God's perfect one. We are now the off-spring of Seth.

Faithful is the saying, and concerning these things I desire you to make firm assertions constantly, in order that those who have believed God may keep their minds on maintaining fine works. These things are fine and beneficial to men.
But shun foolish questionings and genealogies and strife and fights over the Law, for they are unprofitable and futile

Take a walk through a crippled children's hospital. God sure isn't batting a thousand.

You would think that after the billions of humans He's made, He would start getting better at it.

Unless, of course, there is a karma factor involved..."Unless a man be born again...," said Jesus
