3-5 dollars? Thats what people are recommending? Thats well below minimum wage. Minimum wage in CA is now 7.50 and will be 8 next Jan. I think you should at LEAST make minimum wage. I would think 10-12 an hour could be about right. I mean for a two-three hour appointment for about 30 is not bad. Day cares charge a lot more than that. But make sure you are able to take care of your own child first before taking on another to watch

you are 26..and you have to also watch your 7 month old baby?....personally I think that 10-15 dollars an hour is reasonable......seeing that both of you are grown people....plus it's only a few hours a day and a few days a week....she would pay a lot more at a daycare anyway... :)

If its in one day & all you're able to could do is take a seat with them then i could value $a hundred yet whilst it grow to be in the process the day & I had to easily take care of their desires & run in the back of them then i could value $2 hundred. yet whilst she's somebody you recognize & you're in simple terms doing her a pick to offer her a ruin then $50 is positive. keep in mind she's a waitress & based on the place she works she somewhat won't be waiting to arise with the money for to pay you extra. She's probably relieved which you basically pronounced $50. i think of you're able to persist with that & no longer bypass decrease back on your observe. If the little ones are little terrors & you bypass away feeling such as you probably did no longer gets a commission sufficient for all you went by way of then in simple terms ask for extra the subsequent time you watch them (if there's a next time).

If she is in need only for appointments...This is considered drop off... For your area, your best bet is to call different people offering these same services so you know the going rate for your demographics. Where I live it's 3 to 5 dollars for drop off service.

$5 an hour..... there abouts. I think that is fair, and that is what I pay most of the time (between $3-5, depending on the person).
