i cry!shake,then completely loose it,if who ever gets me mad really deserves it then ill hit out,get it out of my system.but this country,i bite my nails.but that gets me madder.i then get destructive.any thing could brake.....better leave me alone,....quiet till stirred.

edit: i alsodo some karate and hit a big round off balls at the driving range. i image their faces onto the ball.

i tend to throw stuff, have a quick look to see whats nearby and throw the least valuble! i am not the best aim ever so my target is usually safe!!

I put on my ipod and listen to the celtic music that I downloaded...makes me much more calm.

trampolining and dancing to loud music ( my house mate know to give me space when I'm baning in my room to rock or Missy E )
