does anyone know of a website that has a questionnaire for a mother and her teenage daughter to take seperatly and then compare answers to see how strong of a relationship they have? multiple ones whould be wonderful. Thank you very much!

This sounds like a "seventeen" magazine sort of thing. I'm sorry to say I've never seen one, but I bet a "best friend" one could be slightly altered to fit your need. I also recommend you look at www.emode.com, which has literally hundreds of surveys and quizzes - one might be useful for you.
This sounds like a fun idea - I hope you guys find what you're looking for.

Ask your both heart and answer will be their.
What common interest you both have, hobbies, going to shopping etc
Did you both trust each other?
Does your daughter respect and likes you so much?
Does she agrees with you and you bth take care of each other?
How you both solve an argument its better not to have arguments a lot because it sign bad relation ship?

Why don't the 2 of you draw up your own questions and answer them ? seems to me it would be better than one some one who doesn't know you would do. it could cover areas that are important to you two specifically

heres something u both can do , u write out a list of things like whats my favorite color , etc , and make 2 copies of it , one for you and for for your daughter , then u have your daughter make one with the same thing like , whats my favorite color , whos my best friend , end , and have her do one and u do one u will see how well u both dont know one another
