I downloaded warcraft but it is in an ISO file so i need to know what program i need to run it?

I usually use MagicISO and/or Nero.

You can't run the ISO file. It is the file format used for burning it on a CD with some CD burner program.
Nero has an option to burn a CD from an ISO file.
That is the only way.
