Well, my personal fave is Ben and Jerry's Dublin Mudslide. But just about any ice cream will do. If I can't have ice cream and need comfort food, I whip up a batch of homemade mac and cheese.

Any home made ice cream made with double, heavy cream, a tad of cane sugar to sweeten and real fruit but absolutely no nuts or banans. I think, believe, that homemade ice cream can take anyone to a higher state of spirituality!

They don't make it any more but Ben and Jerry's 'Chubby Hubby' was my favourite.
Peanut butter filled pretzels in vanilla malt with chocolate swirls and chunks. Though I'm not sure what that says on a spiritual level!

Vanilla with rum and rasin - simplicity with a little spice and a quirky personality.
No...the rum does NOT mean I'm an alcoholic lol.
Come to think of it, I haven't had rum and rasin ice cream in AGES...its going on my grocery list!!!

Anything that i get for free makes me feel very spiritual. I really like chocalate chip ice cream specially when my MOM pays for it. i know, i can be cheap at times!
