Okay! I need to be put on a diet or excercise plan cuz I weigh 154 pounds and i am like 5'4. believe me it is not muscle it is fat and don't tell me i'm not fat cuz i can't wear certain clothes without my pudge all out and nasty so yeh. can you liek recommend anything like a plan for me cuz i need it. don't give me tips like you can try healthier more stuff. i need a solid plan. okay? and if i really try how long do you think it will take when i hit 120 pounds. which is my goal!!! plz help. kthnxbye

please look at your eating habits first. Most people start to diet with expectation that they will , one day, go "off" the diet and resume their old eating habits and not get heavy again. You need a plan you can live with for the rest of your life. Go slow eat 1200 calories a day NO less! Keep a diary of EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. (trust me you'll understand why in time). Then hit the gym or the aerobic step for at least 40 minutes a day 5-6 days a week. you'll drop your weight and keep it off. Stay within 5 pounds of your ideal weight. You'll soon realize that you look and feel great. And the old habits will be harder to go back to. This is a lifelong battle. i've lost eighty pounds in 1 year. Good luck

Either are fine ways to loose weight.

How fast you loose weight depends on your own metabolism and your body reacts. So it can not be definitively guessed at how fast. One should stirve for 2 to 3 pounds a week.

The 3 hr diet by Jorge Cruise. Stick to it and get your butt moving (walk, walk, walk) and you could lose that much in about 3 months (a safe, healthy rate).

i would try having fruits, vegetables, and water for a week straight. i think that should cut down on weight.

Wat u should do its count ur colories and u should eat probably like 1200 colories a day and in 2 weeks u would lose 8 pounds.
