Kyle Petty doesn't give a rat's *** about points. He hasn't been a contender in years.
They should ban him from the broadcast booth. Not so much because of his language, but because he sucks at it!

More than Jr got for his foul language because Kyle Petty used a worse word, and hes been in the sport longer.

Nothing...his said the comment over his teams radio. TNT was just unfortunate enough to tune in to his frequency at the wrong time. Now if was on his over-the-air mic, that probably would be a different story. Nascar has said they will not penalize drivers for the language on their radio communication. However, language used in media interviews and obscene gestures caught on TV are subject to fines.
