If you fail your CDC's they can kick you out, give you extra duty, loss of pay, loss of rank. Of course it all depends on how your unit handles things. CDC's are a very important part of the training process in the AF. you cannot do you job without passing you testing. If they find out that you have intentionally failed you testing, you will probably be dishonorably discharged.
CDC's are so easy, why would you fail them? All you have to do is study. They give you a study guide and you can buy the software. If you are TRYING to get kicked out, this is not the way to do it. If you are having problems studying, you need to go see your First Shirt.

The most common thing that occurs when someone fails their CDCs is that they will be given another chance. If they blow it again, then they're looked at for mandatory cross training into an easier, and usually crappy career field. Administrative discharge if they don't want to fool with the person anymore, and if they can prove that it was intentional, Article 15 or Dishonorable discharge. It's just not a good idea, because everything that happens is out of the person's control. If you know this person, and they simply can't hack it or don't want to be in the AF anymore, tell them to go talk to their 1SG and ask them to look into an administrative discharge for failure to adapt. Better to be honest than waste everyone's time screwing off on CDCs.

I already answered your other question on CDC's but the answer for this one is that you will be dishonorably discharged as other's have said. No one is ever going to hire you at a real job. I'm not even sure about McDonald's What is your situation? Have you already failed them or are you just scared that you are going to?

I taught at a remediation program at our last base, where we worked with Airmen who were having problems with their CDC's and it was reading and study skills related. Basically, supervisors told us that the folks had 3 tries... and then they would begin paperwork to get them out.
The airmen were required to attend 6 sessions, and no shows were reported. Had one poor fool who ended up with a failure to go charge!
A lot of times it depends upon the Sq. CC. Hubbies last CC, he wanted paperwork started on the 2nd failure, so that if they blew it again, it was already working it's way up the chain.
The discharge is not Dishonorable, but Less than Honorable, which is still quite a slap in the face. They will not cross train you.... why waste more money!

Actually the worse thing that could happen,
Is they reclass you to another AFSC.
Alot of AFSC's do not require tech school.
Usually the jobs that no one else wants to do.
Or they could keep you in the Air Force administratively, and assign you scut work, until you pass your CDC's.
Think permanent bay orderly in the barracks. or permanent grass mower., jobs like that.

Yes you can get separated with a bad conduct discharge that will keep you from getting any real job ever again plus you lose all of your GI Bill benefits. Sounds like a great idea to me.....why don't you just do the job you signed up for and stop trying to scam a way out of the military. It's the Air Force, skate city.
