Hit the start button, go to the item you want to uninstall, and there should be a built in uninstaller. If not go to control panel then to install/uninstall, it will come up with a list of programs on your computer scroll down to the one you want and follow instructions from there

Start menu, control panel, add/remove programs then choose the program/s you wish to uninstall, if the program is not listed, look in your program folder c:/program files and find the item you want to unistall, inside that folder is usually an uninstall icon you can click on.

ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS
THEN CLICK IN REMOVE THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO UNINSTALL!,afterwards,you will be guided throughout the process
