she's got the body to wear it, but the top part of swimsuit is very tiny also ( it just barely covers nipples), i don't think it is a good idea though.

Based on the way you asked the question, i figure you already know the answer. I feel that it would be inappropriate for your girlfriend to flaunt herself around in something very revealing. Especially in a public place where little kids and the elderly also hang out. In my opinion, to answer your question about women finding it comfortable; most women don't, majority of the ones who do wear things like such are either overly conceited or very insecure... either way it's in the means of gaining attention. for whatever the reason may be. An to be quite blunt, I look at it as being disrespectful, towards you if she were to wear something like that out in public... in her doing that; she will cause unnecessary attention towards herself that will only cause conflicts for you.
I think that you should talk to your girlfriend and tell her how you feel about the situation, explain to her that it's not a means of you trying to control her, because everything is in free will; but tell her that you feel it is inappropriate, and if she seems to not care what you say and feel; then that's something you should really think about.......and question your relationship....

It depends upon the accepted "Dress code" of the beach/public area you will be attending. Always dress according to the accepted code unless you wish to encounter the Law Enforcement Agent assigned to that area.
Frankly, I don't understand why a "real" man would allow their girlfriend to dress in a provocative manner, and "invite" the LURID stares and comments from others. This shows no respect for your girlfriend. The other "way" goes also... a girlfriend who WANTS to wear such an outfit in public to a beach does not respect her boyfriend's feelings and how he would react when others make lurid comments and behaviors. (And don't say that those "behaviors and comments" shouldn't happen... people are people and it WILL happen... this is NOT an ideal world... YET!)
My suggestion: Ask your girlfriend if she would kindly wear a more "conservative" outfit out of respect for herself and for you. If she won't... drop her. She thinks only of herself, and that's not the kind of girlfriend you want, DO YOU??

Judging by your last edit, about her not minding you posting her pic, she needs attention. She WANTS to be noticed. I'd watch out for future drama. Body or not, if YOUR not comfortable with every dude on the beach lookin at your woman and she doesn't understand. Cut ties dude. Sorry but it looks like a train wreck from here. if the excuse is 'no tan lines' hell tan in the back yard or somewhere private.

I am a guy. I believe in equal rights for females. Equal pay for equal work! If she wants to wear a thong, that is her choice but you can feel about it however you want to feel about it and its ok. If you feel uncomfortable about it then talk to her. If she doesn't respect your feelings then she aint worth your time. Yes she has the right to wear what ever she wants but that doesn't mean you have to put up with it and go along. you have the right to feel about it however you see fit.

Everybody likes how a girl(some!)looks wearing a well nothing I guess you would say to put it best. But if you are dumb enough to actually keep one for domestic use then why are you complaining ? Go find a girl that has more respect for herself then to wear nothing in public, and you'll save yourself alot more problems in the future.ALOT more !

In my country it's perfectly ok to wear a micro-thong and go to the beach bare-breasted. As a matter of fact people (men and women) often go around totally naked even if the beach is not defined as 'nudist' - that is too much, I think. Anyway, I think that if she looks good in a thong, it's fine.

No, I don't think it is proper. There is nothing left to the imagination. I don't know what is wrong with the young girls today. If she wants to be naked, tell her to go to a nude beach. Those string things are stupid and shouldn't be sold to the public.

thongs are disgusting...but im a girl so i don't get turned on by seeing other girl's wearing barely anything
if you want other guys to look at your gf then sure, she should wear one to the beach
