¬Girls yes, guys no idea, prob not. they most likely would not be able to feel anything because of the nerve damage.

Yes paraplegics(waist down) and even quadriplegics (neck down) can have and enjoy having sex..
Sex and the enjoyment of sex is much more in the brain than in the genitals..
Having sex with a paraplegic or a quadriplegic is a bit different than with someone who is not paralyzed as they are unable to do certain motions but it's easy to adapt and have a great time..
P.S For those concerned about erection etc in a male, each case is different some are able to have erections some are not.. For women the biggest concern is lubrication as the sensations that illicit natural lubrication are not always there sometimes some synthetic lube is needed..

I believed that a person can FEEL but may not be able to move much. But my gf says many of them cannot feel either, below the waist.
I knew a man paralyzed from the waist down, who liked to get his prostate stimulated. Maybe that was the extent of it. I didn't want to get to personal. I learned what I just wrote down, because I was a medical orderly working at that nursing home.
I think they are able to enjoy hand jobs too. Why do you want to know these things? Are you planning on becoming paralyzed from the waste down? Or are you becoming acquainted with some one whom you are thinking of having an affair with? That would be so cool!

It dependes on the reason that you are paralyzed. Some can, some can't. There are implants that will help with the erection.

I was only thinking about from a girls point of view for a sec. Which I believe it is still possible and would only be physically enjoyable for the partner. but for a guy the only thing I can see someone doing on them is oral since an erection would be hard if even possible to get.

Depends upon the amount of and the type of paralysis, but yes...A lot of paralyzed people can both have and enjoy sex.

definitely. there was a classmate who was paralyzed from the waist down and has three children. didn't stop him from having a family.

But I read a novel once where the guy was paralyzed and he couldn't feel anything down there.
As for a woman....well women have babies who are paralyzed, so I guess so.

I have heard, that it is possible, for a person to have sex from the waist down, more to the ability of a classification of masturbation, rather than actual sex, per se.

i doubt it dude. You need some kind of stimulation and if the impulses are blocked from the waist down then its useless, and the penis atrophies....
Maybe the paralyzed person can find another paralyzed person and they can rub their genitalias together
