1300 is alright for a womens calorie intake. You want to be eating your reccommended 3 meals a day with measuring your food intake in grams etc. Also have a few snacks during the day. Good drinks to help a low calorie intake are juices which means your food can be more enjoyable as it is general knowledge higher the calories usaully more enjoyable food. But for meat go for chicken and fish, bread make sure it is whole grain and you will need to use olive oil spread and vegetables and fruit is your own call what you enjoy out of them usaully will be fine.

It depends on how much you weigh now. Generally if you eat 8-10 calories per pound of your body weight and you exercise, you'll lose weight at a steady pace. 1500/8 = 187.5 pounds.1500/10 = 150 pounds. So if you eat a 1500 calorie diet and exercise as you describe, you should lose weight if you weigh 150 to 187 pounds and you'll have an even faster weight loss if you weigh more than 187 pounds. Drinking a lot of very cold water also helps because your body burns calories warming the water up to body temperature and the water helps flush out toxins released from fat cells as you burn the fat off. It might also help to split your treadmill workouts into two 20 minute sessions. Exercising increases your metabolism and your body continues burning calories at an elevated rate for some time after you finish exercising. By exercising twice a day you'll give yourself the advantage to two periods of elevated metabolism.

You need to be consuming more than that. But if you insist on that small amount of calories, you still need to keep everything balanced. Look at the servings on the normal food pyramid and maybe cut them in half and eat that much.
