Bugger = relationship between 2 men?
Leviticus 18:22 is the closest I can find.
"You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination."
Try looking for this verse in the paraphrased versions. But I'd be surprised.

Not in any official version however, sodomy comes from sodom a place which is in the bible also the term "to know" in the bible often means to have intercourse and there is specific mention of some men knowing each other, and so the practise of homosexuality is mentioned in the bible this is likely to be where the idea of bugger being used comes from. ~

I find it quite distressing how fervant some Americans are. Especially in the mid-west and southern states. They think that bible-reading is something everyone should have done and if they havent they are the devil or an infidel.
Religion should have no part in politics. Ever.

i donot know of that particular passage... but I do know for a fact there are 26 different versions of the Bible, each written with different people, some only had their own interest ( & power) at heart when writing the Bible...
& NOT refelcting Jesus Christ's teachings & messages; which were of love & peace..

No. I think the term derived from 'Bulgaria' - so it will have been created well after the Bible was translated.
Unless there's an early version where God makes a hash of creating Man (lots of fiddly bits) and starts cursing?

According to my Concordance which is a listing of all words used in all the scriptures, no. If is the action your looking for in relaionship to homosexual acts, there is nothing specific.
