I'm usually not to big on what they serve on airplanes for dinner..does anyone know any good foods to bring on an airplane that wouldn't go bad in my carry-on bag?

I usually bring nuts, raisins, cut up apples, energy bars, and some sort of candy treat. You can also bring sandwich makings, if the mayo and mustard are in sealed packs (like they have in fast food joints).

Well you could bring a little cooler thing with you, but it's much easier to just bring a bunch of snacks. I always get one of those big cinnamon buns in the airport- the smell alone keeps me happy for hours! LOL So yummy, and fun to indulge when traveling. . .But just bring some crackers, chips, candy, dried fruits, etc. Maybe make a home made trail mix!

It may sound good, but try to stay away from the above snacks. These snacks have a lot of salt in them and WILL make you very thristy. Could get you dehydrated.

Trail mix, chips, sandwich w/o mayo, beef jerky, and dried fruit. Those are some of my favorites.

Happy travels!
